Use of the service

JustinAI helps you create and receive AI reminder calls in the iPhone app. You are responsible for checking reminder details and using the app responsibly.

Minutes and purchases

New accounts receive 10 welcome minutes. Connected AI conversation time uses your minute balance, whether you start a conversation or answer a reminder call. Ringing and setup do not count. A conversation in progress can finish if your balance reaches zero; a new conversation requires available minutes.

Monthly subscriptions add the plan’s minutes with each successful payment and renew until cancelled in your Apple account. A 10-minute top-up is a one-time purchase. Unused paid minutes remain in your balance. Prices and currency are shown in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation before payment. If a purchase is refunded or replaced, minutes granted by that purchase may be removed from the balance.

Manage your subscription

You can manage or cancel an active subscription through your Apple account or from the app’s Manage Subscription link. Purchases and billing are handled by Apple. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app.

No emergency reliance

JustinAI is not an emergency service and should not be your only reminder for critical medical, safety, financial, or legal deadlines.

Accuracy

AI systems can misunderstand voice input. Review the assistant’s confirmation before relying on a reminder.

Acceptable use

Do not use JustinAI for harassment, spam, illegal activity, or attempts to interfere with the service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The current version will be posted here.
