Information we collect

When you sign in, we use your phone number and verification and session information to manage your account. When you create a reminder, we save its text and time. Text from your voice request may also be saved with that reminder. If you choose to create a medicine or health-related reminder, its content may include health information you provide. We also use device tokens to deliver reminders, basic usage records, and service logs to keep JustinAI working.

JustinAI voice calls

During a voice call in JustinAI, your audio and reminder details are sent to Google Gemini so the assistant can understand and respond. JustinAI does not store full call audio recordings on its servers. JustinAI cannot access your WhatsApp calls or chats, or content in other apps on your phone.

Purchases and minute balances

When you use a paid plan or top-up, we receive and store Apple purchase transaction identifiers, product and subscription status, minute grants, balances, and conversation usage needed to credit your account, restore purchases, prevent duplicate credits, and handle renewals or refunds. Apple processes the payment; JustinAI does not receive your full card details.

How we use information

We use this information to verify your account, understand voice reminder requests, create and deliver reminders, provide AI conversations, track minute usage, maintain reminder history, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Service providers

We may use providers for cloud hosting, database storage, OTP delivery, push notifications, analytics, AI processing, and Apple in-app purchases. People operating JustinAI may access stored account and reminder information when needed to support, secure, or maintain the service.

Account deletion

The app includes an account deletion option that removes phone login records, reminders, OTP records, sessions, device tokens, usage records, and the minute balance from the backend. Purchase transaction records and a private welcome-credit eligibility record may be retained to prevent duplicate credits or meet applicable obligations.

Medical and emergency use

JustinAI is not intended for emergencies or critical medical alerts. Do not rely on it as your only reminder for urgent health or safety tasks.
